4. Shipping Policy
4.1 We offer nationwide delivery at a flat rate of R99.
4.2 Orders are dispatched within the stated processing times: Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.
4.3 Delivery timeframes depend on your location and courier schedules.
4.4 Once an order has shipped, tracking details will be provided where applicable.
4.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 We offer a 6-month return window for refunds from the date of purchase.
5.2 To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged).
- All accessories, packaging, and components must be included.
5.3 Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
5.5 Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was received faulty or incorrect.
6. Exchange Policy
6.1 We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery.
6.2 Exchanges are allowed for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong item received
- Product defects or damage
6.3 The product must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
6.4 If the desired replacement item is out of stock, a refund may be offered.

7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Orders can be cancelled before payment. Once paid, the return process will apply.
7.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock availability.
